Numbered days left in Adana for the “Rönesans” era!


We are halfway through the Adana Integrated Healthcare Campus, which was started in March 2015 led by Rönesans Healthcare Investment.

When completed, Adana Integrated Healthcare Campus will have 1550-bed capacity and will find its place among the largest projects in in healthcare area in Turkey. It has been announced that the facade of the building is close to completion and the construction is progressing rapidly in all other disciplines.

The last structural concrete pouring activity of Adana Integrated Healthcare Campus, which is one of the giant leaps of the investment projects within the scope of “Public-Private Partnership (PPP)”, was attended by Kamil Yanikomeroglu, Rönesans Healthcare Investment Board of Directors Chairman, Kaan Ekermen, Rönesans Healthcare Investment CEO, Thierry Déau, co-founder and CEO of Meridiam, Rönesans Healthcare Investment’s business partner in this field, and Meridiam’s top managers and top managers of the banks involved in the financial closure and other officials.

The top managers of the international banks held on-site inspections on the ongoing construction of the campus which is being carried out as part of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, where public investments are carried out by the private sector and then rented to the government in exchange for providing certain services. They also obtained information about the ongoing construction projects in Bursa, Elazig, and Yozgat.

Stating that the concrete work for the 550,000-square meter construction site of Adana Integrated Healthcare Campus with a total investment cost up to 540 milion euros has been completed, Kamil Yanikomeroglu, Rönesans Healthcare Investment Board of Directors Chairman, also announced that the groundbreaking process for our PPP hospital project in Bursa has also been completed and the last seismic insulator in Elazig project has been installed.


Noting that Adana Integrated Healthcare Campus is a significant first step made in this field, said “We foresee that these projects will be placed among the biggest investments not only in Turkey, but also in the world. We envision a total investment of around 4,7 billion euros made on PPP hospital projects in our country until 2020.”
