Renaissance Healthcare Investment, Co. Inc.; has completed the works it was conducting with the international investment fund Meridiam Infrastructure and 9 foreign banks for the 1550-bed Adana Integrated Healthcare Campus. The financial closure signature ceremony of amount 433 Million Euro has been made on December 19th with participation of the Health Minister Dr. Mehmet Müezzinoğlu.

One of the giant steps of the “Public Private Partnership—PPP” project named as the largest project Turkey has realized to date in health sector and by means of which our country shall acquire moder hospitals in several numbers, has come from partnership of Renaissance Health Investment and Meridiam.

Under scope of Public Private Partnership-PPP model in which the method of constructing public investments by private sector and providing specific services by renting to the state for some specific time, Renaissance Health Investment which is one of the group companies of Rönesans Holding, has announced that the works it was conducting with the international investment fund, Meridiam Infrastructure, for the “Integrated Healthcare Campus” in Adana which would consist of 1550 beds and be completed by an investment amount of 540 million euro in total, has been completed. While the financial closure signature ceremony in which all 9 foreign banks have taken place in for the first time in Turkey was being realized on December 19 the Minister of Health, Dr. Mehmet Müezzinoğlu, the Rönesans Holding President, Dr. Erman Ilıcak, the Renaissance Healthcare Investment Group President, Kamil Yanıkömeroğlu, the Meridiam International Investment Fund Founder Partner and CEO, Thierry Déau and the executives of the banks taking place in the project have participated in the ceremony.
